By accessing and using KuraSlide's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

KuraSlide provides custom sliding wardrobe and storage system design, manufacturing, and installation services for residential properties in Japan, including browser-based planning tools and professional consultation services.

Design and Consultation Process

Our design process includes initial consultation, measurement, design development, and approval phases. Design fees are transparent and credited toward your final purchase upon project completion.

Measurement and Installation Services

Professional measurement and installation services are provided by certified installers. Installation includes seismic-safe fittings and tatami-safe bases as standard for all Japanese residential applications.

Product Specifications and Customization

All products are made-to-measure based on your specific requirements and space constraints. Modifications to standard designs may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing includes design fees, materials, manufacturing, and installation. Payment schedules are established at contract signing, with deposits required to commence work and final payment due upon completion.

Delivery and Installation Timeline

Delivery timelines are provided at contract signing and depend on design complexity and fabricator availability. We strive to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee specific dates due to custom manufacturing requirements.

Quality Assurance and Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty on materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by component and are detailed in your service agreement. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Modification and Cancellation Policy

Changes to approved designs may incur additional costs and affect delivery timelines. Cancellation policies are outlined in individual service agreements and may include charges for work completed.

Property Access and Site Conditions

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to installation sites. Site conditions that differ from initial measurements may require design modifications and additional costs.

Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, plans, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of KuraSlide. Customers receive usage rights for their specific installation but may not reproduce or distribute designs.

Limitation of Liability

KuraSlide's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or products.

Force Majeure

KuraSlide is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under Japanese law in Prefecture.
